If for any reason you are not satisfied with a product you receive from us, you may return it within 30 days for full refund, excluding shipping and handling costs. In order to qualify for a refund, we require that the item…

At our sole discretion, a restocking fee of up to 20% may be assessed for some special orders or drop shipped items.

If you believe a product you received from us to be defective, please contact our customer service department at 877.553.JEEP (5337). In order to resolve the situation as efficiently as possible, at our sole discretion we may arrange for a replacement of the entire product or, as in the case of Bestop products, contact the manufacturer and arrange for the replacement of the defective part.

We pride ourselves in ensuring that all items are in perfect condition when they are shipped. If a package you receive is obviously damaged, we ask that you refuse that portion of the delivery. If for any reason you are unable to do so, please contact our customer service department at 877.553.JEEP (5337) immediately. We will assist you in filing a damage claim with the carrier and will make arrangements to provide you with a replacement.

Morris Motor Company offers no warranty, express or implied, on any product it sells. Products are covered only by the manufacturer's warranty and/or guarantee. The purchaser assumes all risk and responsibility in connection with the installation, application and use of any product purchased. Morris Motor Company will not be held liable for any costs associated with the installation, application or use of any product.

We offer in excess of 18,000 parts and are constantly reviewing this website for accuracy and completeness. However, we will not be held responsible for typographical or photographical errors. We ship most of our items via Federal Express Ground to ensure the highest level of reliability. At our sole discretion, we may also use either UPS or the United States Postal Service.

Most shipments to Hawaii, Alaska,Puerto Rico, the US Virgin Islands and any other territory will be shipped via Federal Express. MILITARY/FPO/APO ADDRESSES
Shipments to our men and women defending our country overseas will ship via the United States Postal Service ONLY. Depending upon the item(s) being shipped, additional shipping charges will apply you will be advised of charges by our sales or customer service staff prior to your order being shipped.
INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES
Shipments to international addresses will be via DHL or BAX Global. Additional shipping charges will always apply. You will be advised of the additional charges by our sales or customer service staff prior to your order being shipped. IMPORTANT NOTE: Please understand that an international shipping quote does not include any customs, duties, taxes or other fees that may be charged by your government and its agencies. OVERSIZE/OVERWEIGHT ITEMS
Additional charges may apply to oversize or overweight items, as determined by the selected carrier's weight and size restrictions. While most items can be shipped via standard shipping methods, some overweight or oversize items must be shipped via truck freight, which will result in additional charges. You will be advised of the additional shipping charges prior to the order being shipped.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING OPTIONS
For additional shipping and handling fees, we will ship your item via next day, second day or third day shipping. If you wish to have your Shipping expedited. Simply let us know by either calling us at 877.553.JEEP (5337) or indicating your shipping preference in the SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS area when checking out of the shopping cart. DROP SHIPMENTS AND BACK ORDERS
Most items will be shipped to you directly from our warehouse located in Pompano Beach, FL. At our sole discretion we may have one or more of your items shipped to you direct from our supplier or the manufacturer (a common practice referred to as "drop shipping"). We will make every attempt to ensure that your product is delivered to you in a timely manner. However, in the unlikely event that an item is in short supply, either due to an unusual or unanticipated increase in demand or production problems at the manufacturer level, one or more items in your order may be backordered. We will notify you promptly, either via e mail or telephone of the estimated delivery date of the backordered item (s).


For your protection, we employ a state-of-the-art secure shopping cart system on this website. Our sales staff will take your order and payment information, and will gladly answer any questions you may have.
